ImportAfrica Global Limited is an international sourcing, procurement and trade support company established in 2019 to help individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses access products, manufacturers and suppliers across global markets. We specialise in connecting buyers with sourcing opportunities, primarily in China, while supporting procurement from other international markets when required.

Founded in Nigeria, ImportAfrica has grown beyond its original market to serve clients across different countries. The company was incorporated in Nigeria in February 2023 and has a registered presence in China through Guangzhou Bridge International Trading Co., Ltd (广州布里齐国际贸易有限公司), our Chinese-registered company. Our presence in both markets gives us a practical understanding of international sourcing from the perspectives of suppliers and buyers, particularly businesses seeking to access products from China.

We work with customers at different stages of their business journeys, from individuals making their first international purchase to entrepreneurs launching new brands, retailers building inventory, wholesalers purchasing in bulk and established businesses seeking manufacturing and procurement support. Our services combine hands-on sourcing and procurement with product development, supplier resources, consultancy and importation education.

Our reach and experience

Since commencing operations in 2019, ImportAfrica has built a network of more than 2,000 suppliers and supported over 2,000 sourcing clients. We have also trained more than 5,000 students through our importation education programmes, equipping aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners with knowledge of product sourcing, supplier research, procurement and international trade.

Our clients come from different countries, industries and business backgrounds. While we began in Nigeria, our services are not restricted to the Nigerian market. We support customers internationally, helping them explore sourcing opportunities and connect with suppliers according to their product requirements, purchasing objectives and destination markets.

Our extensive supplier network allows us to explore a wide range of product categories and sourcing requirements. Through our China-based presence and relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and wholesale markets, we help customers identify suitable products, compare available options and coordinate purchasing activities. Where a customer's requirements call for sourcing outside China, we can also explore other relevant international markets.

What we do

ImportAfrica provides end-to-end sourcing and procurement support tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses. Our services cover product research, supplier identification, supplier and product verification, wholesale purchasing, manufacturing coordination, custom branding, private labelling, shipping coordination and importation education.

We help customers identify products that fit their requirements, communicate with suppliers, evaluate quotations, clarify specifications and coordinate orders. For businesses developing their own products, we assist with exploring manufacturers and communicating requirements for customisation, packaging and production. For customers who want to manage their sourcing independently, we provide training, supplier resources and consultancy to help them understand the process and make more informed purchasing decisions.

We recognise that sourcing successfully involves more than finding a supplier with an attractive price. Buyers must also consider product specifications, quality expectations, minimum order quantities, production requirements, shipping expenses, applicable regulations and the commercial realities of their intended markets. Our services are designed to help customers navigate these considerations and approach international purchasing with greater clarity.
